Coachs Notes:  Athletes must start and finish with 800 Meter Run.  They can partition the Pull Ups, Push Ups, Air Squats as they wish.

    1. Okay, time to start cracking down. Remember everyone you are going to weigh in again so be strict. Its only 30 days.

      Breakfast 6 eggs , 3 yolks fried in coconut oil hand full of cherry tomatoes lots of fish oil, vit D, multi vit, and baby aspiren. oh yeah Red Yeast Rice.

      Snack – sipping on a Large DD Coffee with Extra Cream only until lunch or even after

    3. Last night I was so tired i couldnt bear cooking. David and I had a hamburger with a bun. My stomach is feeling it today. Like lead.
      Breakfast: ezikel breadw with almond butter and jelly- both of us.
      Snack: not hungry- still feeling that burger in my belly. Had a gaterade light and watermelon slices
      Lunch: TBA
      Dinner: Not a burger and bun!

    4. 25:35 Rx – Did the workout strict (as did everyone at The Playground) 50 first, 100 second, 150 at the end.

      Breakfast – 2 pieces Ezeikel bread w/ almond butter and jelly

      Lunch – Steak and Eggs with onions and tomatoes

    5. Lunch – Pollo Tropical 1/2 chicken white, boiled yucca, salad.

      Brian, You are probably like me and dont like to eat breakfast. You need protein brother. Take your pick a shake or couple eggs. Or even some damn chicken. You need it before you WOD you just fasted all night. Trust me on this.

      Rebecca = Dont sweat it – the bun is all you did wrong. Hamburger is fine. better than not eating at all

    6. Due to the weather David is stuck in Tampa- they closed the airport.
      Lunch: greek salad with gyro meat.
      Snack: watermelon slices
      Gatorade- G2

    10. 9am WOD = 19:19 Rx [all 50 PU 1st / 100 push-ups 2nd / 150 air-squats 3rd] (full-extensions on all)

      – went back to CFA for round 2

      5:30 pm WOD in the rain :) = 18:24 Rx (partition – 10 rounds 5 / 10 / 15) w. ring push-ups. : (full-extensions, felt better on the pull-ups)

      def. need to work on body weight/mechanics

    11. Lunch 2/Dinner 1 – no rice chop chop from Chicken Kitchen (a little curry mustard)

      @ Steve – I usually don’t wake up early enough to cook breakfast. I actually just bought some protein tonight, so will give that a go with my toast almond butter & jelly sandwich.

    12. 5:30 class – 20:31 in wonderful weather. Charles, you are an animal.

    13. 23:05 Rx For form not time. Some of these times are unreal. No really they are unreal. Good job everyone.

      I had a recovery shake after working out – Dark Matter

      Then for Supper I had Steak, Eggs, Onions, Coconut Oil a few carrots and tomatoes

      Snacked later on mixed veggies and mixed nuts.

    14. Dinner 2 – Chicken w/ zucchini, onions, green beans cooked in fresh squeezed orange juice

    15. Depressants are generally booze, barbiturates as well as sedatives
