3 Minutes Max Meters on Row
1 Minute Rest
3 Minutes Max Push Press 115M/75W
1 Minute Rest
3 Minutes Max Double Unders or Single Jump Rope

Core Work

100 Ab Mat Sit Ups

For those of you who continue NOT to put your weights where they belong, leave the kettlebells in the middle of the floor, empty or half empty water bottles all over the gym, paper towels on the bathroom floor, etc…….   I just bought one of these bad boys just for your type.  Have a nice day!!!
