Joint Mobility and Agility Drills

Strength Workout

Dead Lift
If you are on week #1-
Set #1 is 5 reps @ 65% of your “working” one rep max.
Set #2 is 5 reps @ 75%
Set #3 is 5 reps (or more) @ 85%

Dead Lifts 225M/135W
Handstand Push Ups

Cool Down

Band Stretching

Endurance Workout (Optional) 3 + hours after CF

Run 20 Minutes @ 80- 85% Max Effort

If no CF Workout Today do 30 Minutes

      WOD= 7:58…two ab mats, 135#DL’s….finally conquered my fear of handstand pushups!! Thanks Steve for not letting me wimp out! The handstands were ugly, but they’ll get better!!!

      12:01 with one ab mat under my head hitting the low edge. Last 9 HSPUs took me almost 4 minutes

      You guys not hitting 5 or more reps on set 3 are going too heavy and this program is not gonna work as well for you. BUT it will still work.
