How to join our program
I invite everyone to come in and take a free tour of our facility if an appointment is made. Please do not just drop in unannounced.
Our facility has the highest quality Coaches with a wide variety of training certifications (see trainers bio) under About Us Link.
On ramp course – $150 (one time fee) – this 2 day course is required by all new members. It will include a fitness assessment along with a crash course on all movements (Olympic Lifts, Barbell Movements, Kettlebell Training, Basic Gymnastics, Running Methods, Nutrition, etc….). Once the On ramp sessions are complete you may join the Group Classes.
Membership Packages
$150.00 – 12 Month Commitment Package (best value)
$175.00 – 6 Month Commitment Package (less than $7 a session)
$200.00 – Month-to-month 30 cancellation notice (less than $8 a session)
*the above packages are unlimited monthly which allows up to 6 times a week.
Private 1 – on – 1 sessions
$75 an hour for block of 10 sessions (must be used in 30 days)
$60 an hour for block of 20 sessions (must be used in 60 days)
Private 2 – on – 1 Sessions etc….
$125 an hour for block of 10 sessions (must be used in 30 days)
$110 an hour for block of 20 sessions (must be used in 60 days)
add additional student for $50 each on these packages. 3-on-1, 4-on-1, ect…..
12 week off season Athletic Program
Our facility is equipped to train large groups of athletes in a off season Strength and Conditioning Program. This is a Sport Specific Program designed to work on Explosive Power and Metabolic Conditioning for any type of athlete. We will assess each athlete along with keep track of their progress. This Program is limited to 50 Athletes at one time. Contact me via email or phone for more details.
We can also provide stats on 37 High School Baseball Players which we put through our 12 week program. The improvements are incredible. For example one athlete ran 400 Meters in 1:12 in week 1 and improved to running the same 400 Meters in :56 in week 12. Another example is an athlete Dead Lifted 275 lbs in Week 1 and did an amazing 395 lbs in Week 12 and could have gone heavier. These results are mind boggling.
Private sessions are geared towards individuals seeking sport specific goals to which they need individual programming. A good example would be a college or high school athlete who needs specific strength training or speed drills. Another example would be a subject who has very poor flexibility issues and can not perform full range of motion movements.
Our Group Training Program is very Broad and General.
The only requirement we expect from EVERY member is 100% Commitment and Effort. If you can not provide that then we suggest you go to a local Global Gym such as LA Fitness, Planet Fitness, or 24 Hour Fitness. After a few months when you look in the mirror and see no change give us a call if you wish to take it to the next level.

Below is a Flanagan High School Athlete Dead Lifting 395 Lbs. After the Flanagan High School Baseball Team participated in a 12 week Strength and Conditioning Program then went on to win the National Championship. Again – The NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP! Coach Ray Evans claimed his team was not only in the best physical condition but mentally prepared which helped them come back and win several games in the final innings.
