CrossFit Affliction maintains a well stocked, well maintined 2500 square foot facility, featuring York weight lifting and glute-ham equipment, colored bumper-plates, Concept II rowing machines, a full compliment of kettle bells, ab-mats, and metobolic conditioning equipment.

We also offer a play-room for the kids, and drink vending machines.
