    1. Between Saturday’s workout out and today I can officially say my a** hurts. Great way to start the week. Lots of newbies this morning… wondering if they will be there tomorrow :-)

      Every Rep was perfect or not counted. Chin over bar, chest to deck and lock out on push ups, and below paralell on Air Squats

      I had to do 50 ring rows (my hands were about to tear) Its so frustrating….i have my kip but now i can’t do more then 5 in a row and i have to drop bc i’m hands hurt. I’m hoping my grip will get better over time and i won’t be in so much pain while kipping.

      Are you kidding me? I was doing 3 or 2 at a time at the end. Of course all these pull ups are gonna cause hand trauma. Dont get disappointed. Its easier to jump up and hit 2 or 3 reps and take a brief rest and keep chipping them away. No one expects you to get 4 sets of 25 pull ups unless you are a Navy Seal. You did just fine and was smart to modify. Dont train your ego train smart.

    6. Dena.. your hands/grip will get stronger over time.. Nothing wrong with some ring rows.

      Steve/Heidi – After watching many athletes rip their hands on bars yesterday, I will just assume that the bars could use a cleaning (dried up blood etc..).. I’ll try and assist with that today :)

      What a way to start a Monday!! Tough WOD :)

    7. Steve…I got to 2 at a time towards the end of my 50 pull ups. I figure my grip will improve with time. Even before I left for the gym my husband told me not to be a hero and tear my hands on a Monday…haha. And he doesn’t even do CF.

    8. 31:15 got 74 pull ups and felt the tearing so switched to KB rows for remaining 26 pull ups. Hand blistered badly…. The body weight stuff is hardest on me… Ab mat sit-ups and push ups are still very rough for me because of the rods in my back. I pushed through it though.
