10 Overhead Squats w/pvc pipe

Strength Workout (SWOD)

Back Squat  3 – 3 – 1 – 1

Conditioning Workout (CWOD)
3 Rounds of
10 Ovehead Squats 135M/95W
50 Double Unders

Back Squat – Do 3 warm up sets of 5 – 8 reps prior to work sets.  Please log your TRUE 1 rep max effort
