180# jerk…got 170 last week from the front rack, so I’ll call it a PR!
WOD-8:18 75# shoulder press beat my ass on rounds 3-5.

120 behind the neck split jerk. Failed at 125. Almost got it but couldn’t lock it out. Amazing what 5 lbs does.
7:10 on the wod my rx should’ve been 75 but I couldn’t move the bar. My shoulders are sore as hell! Great job Abby!
