was rough! totally shaking after the WOD! (sooo hot in the box) pushed to the MAX. for time, didnt really think much of the whiteboard, my head was all over the place. — after i got myself together I WAS SOOOOO FREGGIN STOKED!!! LOL! i swear Heidi is freggin great!!!! thanks so much (again) for getting me there!!!!!!!!!

Great workout, after burning through the first 2 rounds I thought I was going to have a great time… Then rounds 3 and 4 smacked that notion out of my head.
