I actually enjoyed this one!!!! Even though it was a nightmare with a large group.
Still feel like shit after this workout… I don’t think I ate enough today before hand! I’m going to bed to prepare for tomorrow’s group WOD! I’m being such a good girl
Since Skidmore and Wil are still recovering from the burpee mile and did not participate in this wod. I took first place with 26:38 Rx. Great WOD but very difficult to Coach and run a large group through. Thanks for everyones patience. Sometimes we have to pair people up so they can spot and keep track of reps. This past week was lots of Barbell Movements. Next week will be Bodyweight Movements and maybe a few Oly Lifts.
