Bench Press 1 Rep Max

Back Squat 1 Rep Max

Conditioning Work

Run 1 Mile for time

Be sure to do at least 2 or 3 warm up sets prior to work sets.  This is a 1 Rep max following our 5-3-1 Program so everyone should be shooting for PR’s (personal records).

      Squat: 225->245 (+20)

      Mile: 6:42

      Very happy with my mile last time was 7:23.

      Squat: 305-> 335 (+20) PR
      mile: 6:26 PR

      Bench Press: 175 -> 195 (+20)

      Squat: 205 -> 295 (+90) MADE MY DAY!

      So I officially made it through my first month of Crossfit. It has been the most mentally and physically challenging month of my life. Sure at times I felt like quitting or giving up, but you just can’t give up on yourself when something is different or challenging. The members and trainers will push you and give you the confidence needed to finish your workout. Just wanted to thank you all personally for being motivational and inspirational to me. Special Thanks to Steve/Heidi for running a kick-ass program and providing a clean/professional environment.

      This is more gratifying to us than anything. To hear and see all the great results from our athletes. I seriously see about 20 – 30 of our members going to the Sectionals next year. You guys actually motivate Heidi and I to coach and train harder than ever.

    5. Ok you asked for it and here are the numbers.

      Squat up from 165 to 205 in a month (40)

      Bench Press up from 150 to 205 in a month (55) and up from 135 two months ago when i started (70).

    6. Bench Press 135 lbs -> 145 lbs (+10)

      Back Squat 195 lbs -> 205 lbs (+10)

      Back Squat went from 165 to 170

      Didnt do the mile but have been really impressed with all the results! Thanks Steve and Heidi

    12. 265 on bench 245 squat 7:50 mile. This was my first max out week since high school and only 3 week of crossfit. I can’t wait till my next max.

      Back Squat: 145-160
      Mile: 10:40 (the clock was broken so i’m not sure how accurate the times were but either way I didn’t stop!

    14. Bench 270 (+5)
      Squat 275 (+25)
      Mile 5:49

    15. Bench press 115 (no PR)
      Back squat 145 (PR +10)

      Mile run: clock said 7:22 but Heidi said clock was not working properly, so who knows, hopefully under 8 min, that would be awesome! BTW, it was the first time i felt like puking after running!!
