    1. Hey nice site!

    2. Yep up !!!

    3. Ahh this was a tough one!!

i ran an easy 1.5 mile warm up.
      First Round 7:32
      Second round 10:26

I had to split the 50 thrusters into 25/15/10.

Im also very smart (sarcastic) and accidentally did only 2 rounds… but unfortunately i was still dead at the end of those two!! hopefully my fitness level raises and ill be able to do the whole thing next time..

    4. Very nice new site! Great job!

    5. nice new site!!! i’m going to (hopefully) check out crossfit in dc tomorrow… didn’t quite make it at 6am this morning… i am on vacay after all!

    6. Kyle, what an amazing job!!! You are the bomb! I love it and the ads, great. Can’t wait to make more!!! Next we can do a CrossFit Affliction Calendar.
As far as today goes, what a smoker. Jen and I paired up in June when we did this last. Today we were by ourselves and I have to say I missed the push. Everyone did great and kept plugging along. Now that it is over, yes I requested this one for today. Upon coming in, April one of our morning animals did over prescribed. Thanks April (sarcasim), Steve told me so of course I had to do the same. Ryan A. there are no words, just kidding. Seriously, just kidding, lol.
Good luck to the night crew, it was a B*@CH.
Oh, the challenge pictures are great too!!! Kyle you are hired!

    7. I am glad you like the way things are shaping up!

Calendar is a great idea. I will put some thought in on how to implement that.

I have MANY more shots to get up and in place from the challenge.

      Off to the gym!

    8. Kyle, awesome job buddy. Keep up the good work and keep taking pictures, although less of my back please. Tramp stamp images are for paying members of the gym. Either way, this looks awesome.

    9. Glad you like things Nick. I am working on the members area where I can sell the artistic shots of the stamp. With the money we pull in from that venture, we should be able to pick up the adjacent warehouses on either side of our box for expansion.

And a set of solid gold kettlebells.

Thanks Jackie! I have a couple shots of you and your husband coaching each other that I think will clean up nicely. I am hoping to slice out some time in the morning to get the rest of the shots edited and posted.

    10. The web site looks awesome. Great job!!. Kyle, the pics are great too. You did an amazing job. See you all tomorrow.

    11. Also, I invite you all to play the fun and exciting game: Click refresh and see if you can find yourself in the header!

It picks randomly from 42 images right now, and I will expand it with shots from the challenge as well.

    12. Great Work and Great Pics.
Todays wod was brutal. I only got 3 rounds in before my back started to tighten up again so I DNFed. This is only the 2nd time I did not finish a workout but I am glad I did because I am feeling it now. Nothing a little traction wont fix.

I need a few more to join the Olympic Seminar next weekend. I guarantee this will help improve your Oly lifts. It is $150 per member or $200 non members. Dont miss it.

    13. also, i totally played that game after thinking i saw myself in the header! love it!

    14. Oooh Heather! I see you doing a push-up in my header!

    15. LOL I thought that was me!
