Brutal Recess Seminar TBA

Sometime in March or April 2011 (9am – 5pm) we will be hosting this exciting seminar with Chip Conrad of Bodytribe Fitness out of Sacramento California.

I had the pleasure of speaking with Chip and got a copy of his DVD.  I was amazed at the Creativity on Strength and Body weight Movements he put together.

This 2 day Seminar will be capped off so sign up now.  $150.00 for this 2 day Clinic.
