As Many Rounds in 20 Minutes of:
5 Pull Ups
10 Push Ups
15 Air Squats

    1. Rounds 18 + 10 pushups

    2. 22 rounds + 4 pull-ups. Rx = (full range of motion)

      pull-ups = first 5 rounds, strict, no kip. kipped the remaining rounds.

    3. 13+pull ups+a couple push ups. Did all but one set unbroken pull ups! good WOD

    4. 15-RX

    5. 17 + 4 pull ups Rx

      7:00 10 oz juice
      7:30 BOWSER SHAKE – 1/2can coconut milk, cup of mixed berries, 40g protein – holy crap… I was full for 8 hours
      ***Steve dropped this knowledge on me last night…. I am still full from that shake.
      9:30 3 eggs and steak w tomato
      2:30 low carb meal @ chicken kitchen (lettuce, tomato, 6oz chicken)
      5:00 fast fuel – pre workout drink
      7:00 dark matter – post workout drink
      8:30 protein shake
      9:30 4 slices of turkey

    12. First day back after 10 days. No pain. Used good form Mom and Dad :)
