Totally off today’s workout, but…
100 reps, 24 Kg kettlebell (53 lbs.) in 6:42….
T-minus 49 days to the RKC…. Yikes!!!!
C&J – 205 (cleaned 225 but couldn’t put it overhead)
Didn’t have a chance to bust through the workout, it looked like a good one.

Tried to catch Jesus today. 87 cal. So close.
I guess I am at the same place as Brian. C&J 205. Full Squat Cleaned 225 but lost it on the jerk.
