Max Effort Squat Clean and Jerk (10 Minute Cap)

Conditioning Work
AMRAP in 10 Minutes of:
250 Meter Row
5 Squat Clean and Jerk 135M/95W

Rest 10 Minutes then:

Row 5 Minutes for as many Calories as possible.  (post comments)

    3. Totally off today’s workout, but…

      100 reps, 24 Kg kettlebell (53 lbs.) in 6:42….

      T-minus 49 days to the RKC…. Yikes!!!!

    4. C&J – 205 (cleaned 225 but couldn’t put it overhead)

      Didn’t have a chance to bust through the workout, it looked like a good one.

      Props to all the AM people @ The Playground… You did a great job!

    5. Tried to catch Jesus today. 87 cal. So close.

    6. I guess I am at the same place as Brian. C&J 205. Full Squat Cleaned 225 but lost it on the jerk.
