		<description>Happy Labor Day...Thanks to Steve and Heidi for opening up today. Great turn out. Now on to the good stuff. Will be starting the 30 day challenge today. Can&#039;t wait till the 17th due to back end commitments. I had my blood work and body fat done about a month ago. I dont think those numbers have changed much b/c my eating has not improved in the last month. going to try and go strict Paleo for 30 days. See how i do. 

Cholesterol: 168 (40)
LDL: 137 (&lt;130)

Over all number is good but my bad and good are not where they need to be.

Body Fat: 28% with caliper test

Breakfast: strawberries, grapes, and apple
Lunch: 4 eggs
Dinner: steak, kale and avocado salad, gatorade

Supplements: Animal PAK (vitamins), Animal Omega (fish oil), Juice Plus (fruit and veggies), and ZMA (Zinc, Magnesium). 
Food will be more tomorrow. we were low in the fridge and shopped late today.</description>
