CrossFit Endurance

Warm Up

Mobility and Line Drills

Strength Workout
Kettlebell Floor Press 5 sets of 5 reps
rest 5 minute then:

Speed and Conditioning Workout

2 Rounds

100 Meter Sprint @ 50% (warm up)

5 Rounds
100 Meter Sprint @ Max Effort
rest approx 2 minutes between efforts

Cool Down

Band Stretching
