Practice the Overhead Squat w/ PVC Pipe
Hold on the Bottom for 60 Seconds at a time if possible

10 Double Unders or 50 Single Jump Rope

THANK GOODNESS FOR DOUBLE UNDERS!!!! im glad i learned them just in time… my first WOD doin it!!! — DU’s saved me a lot of time which allowed me to take short breaks n get back on the bar right away.
