Warm Up

Joint Mobility and Line Drills

Skill Work (10 Minutes)

Practice the Overhead Squat w/ PVC Pipe

Hold on the Bottom for 60 Seconds at a time if possible

Workout of the Day (WOD)

AMRAP in 20 Minutes (As Many Rounds As Possible)
5 Dead Lifts  225M/155W
10 Double Unders or 50 Single Jump Rope

    1. THANK GOODNESS FOR DOUBLE UNDERS!!!! im glad i learned them just in time… my first WOD doin it!!! — DU’s saved me a lot of time which allowed me to take short breaks n get back on the bar right away.
      [miscounted during rounds 14-15 so i didnt count a round, went back to 14.]

      WOD: 26 Rounds Rx

    2. I think 12 + DL, rx for deadlifts single jumprope
