Row 250 Meters

15 Back Extensions

15 Ab Mat Sit Ups

Strength Workout (SWOD)

Dead Lift 5 – 5 – 5
Daily Workout (DWOD)
150 Burpees for time

Do 3 Sets of 10 reps 50% Max Load for Warm up on Dead Lifts prior to work sets
