    1. We all need to thank him when we see him next time. This rule will be in effect for the remainder of the week.

    2. Sorry I’m going to miss this one. Acupuncture on my back sometime today, hopefully I’ll be back in a couple of days.

    3. My back hurts from the challenge too. Thankfully I am a chiropractor and get adjusted frequently. HINT to everyone. Also my office has decompression to help get pressure of my discs which are banged up. So anyone who needs massage, adjustments, or decompression, give me a call. There is however one Xfit owner still to lazy to get her massage??? Kyle. Great job with the roof top pics. There awesome!!

    4. What Mark misses in WODs, he will make up in savage beatings.

    5. Wow that was hard..I had to lower the weight twice.. I started at 122 (my bar weighs 12) and then had to lower it to 102. It was insane. Here are the round times. I only took a short break between each one. Enough time to take a sip then check off a round.

      I want to thank you for the burpees. I hate them with a passion, but what I hate the most gives me the best results. The reason I go to Crossfit is due to the challenging work outs. We hate burpess because they are hard, but the way I look at them is that the harder the routine the better results I personally get. This is why I come and why I thank you for not coming to the gym. LMAO!

    13. Tomorrow Wod will start off with – anyone? anyone? Yeah thats right – Burpees compliments of Friedman.

      We are due for a Social Gathering. The group has grown over 60 so it could turn into a large gathering. Ryan hooked us up with a private room at Gatsbys however it was a little pricey. Maybe we can go out to watch the next MMA Fight.

      Anyone have any ideas let me know. Heather works at a cigar bar which is cool but half the gym didnt want to smell the smoke.
