DL and Burpees
Warmup
3 Rounds
- 10 Jumping Jacks
- 10 Push Ups
- 10 Air Squats
- 200m Run
Workout of the Day
5 Rounds for Time
- 5 Dead Lifts 275M/185W
- 10 Burpees
Rest 10 minutes then:
Run 400M for Time
Rest 5 minutes then:
Row 500M for Time
Core Work
100 AbMat Situps














Does this mean I have to do this wod at 185 since I was able to do 195 once last week in the crossfit total? I so hope not!
If 195 is your max on DL I would say use 155 on this wod. Its a short Heavy Met Con.

The Main WOD was short but heavy and intense. But then after doing the Run, Row, and Ab Mat Situps. Well you can see for yourself.
I did 135 lbs and that was ENOUGH!!!!
