DL and Burpees

Warmup

3 Rounds

  • 10 Jumping Jacks
  • 10 Push Ups
  • 10 Air Squats
  • 200m Run

 

Workout of the Day

5 Rounds for Time

  • 5 Dead Lifts 275M/185W
  • 10 Burpees

 

Rest 10 minutes then:

Run 400M for Time

 

Rest 5 minutes then:

Row 500M for Time

 

Core Work

100 AbMat Situps

    1. Does this mean I have to do this wod at 185 since I was able to do 195 once last week in the crossfit total? I so hope not!

    2. If 195 is your max on DL I would say use 155 on this wod. Its a short Heavy Met Con.

    3. sweet… otherwise i was going to have to call in sick… LOL

    4. The Main WOD was short but heavy and intense. But then after doing the Run, Row, and Ab Mat Situps. Well you can see for yourself.

    5. I did 135 lbs and that was ENOUGH!!!!
