New Expanded 4200 Sq Ft Facility serving all of Broward County!!!
CrossFit Affliction has expanded its facility to over 4200 Sq Ft. We are able to service all of South Florida area including all of Broward County. Fort Lauderdale, Davie, Plantation, Weston, Coral Springs, Tamarac, Pompano Beach, Cooper City, Dania, Pembroke Pines, Hollywood, Hallendale, Miramar, and Deerfield Beach.
Our facility will be hosting numerous Certifications, Work Shops, and Seminars in 2010 including Endurance, Olympic Lifting, Kettlebell training, Joint Mobility, etc….
Come by and check out our state of the art facility with the highest level of coaching available. Just ask several of our clients ranging from High School level athletes to Senior Citizens. Our program is designed for All levels.
We just received our new equipment which includes 10 Concept 2 Rowers, Several thousand LBs of Rubber Bumper Weights, More Kettlebells, 30 Olympic Lifting Bars, and several Olympic Platform Stations.

Nicely the situation was initially a good run whilst it lasted but yet possibly not a jolt to discover Usa Soccer shed at this particular state. We could try out once far more in 4 years.
