Front Squats & Conditioning

Warm Up

Mobility and Line Drills

Strength (Dynamic Lower Body)

Front Squats 10 sets of 2 reps @ 50% (60 second rest between) Speed Sets
rest 5 minutes then:

Conditioning
4 Rounds for time
400 Meter Run
50 Air Squats

Cool Down

Stretching and Mobility

Coaches Notes:  Front Squats are for speed.   Be sure Athlete hits bottom position every time and explodes to top position.  Be sure each athlete only takes approx 60 second break between effort.

    3. Maria Sharapova sure as shooting means business when she paces onto a tennis court. No matter what situation , delivering the goods or losing, there is no let-up. A big serve, scalding ground strokes, winning points often greeted with a clenched fist and screechings of jubilance .
