Front Squats, Jump Ropes and Burpees

Warmup

  • 10 Lunges (each leg)
  • 10 Pull Ups
  • 10 Air Squats
  • 200M Run

Workout of the Day

  • Front Squat 3 – 3 – 3 – 3 – 3

Rest as needed then:

3 Rounds time:

  • 25 Double Unders or 100 Singles
  • 25 Burpees

 

Core Work

2 Minutes in Handstand Position

    1. Heather: yes, the kids and I are doing the Walk I can check with events Coordinator at Volunteer Broward if possible to share the walk with them, but if you have flyers give them to me I can post them at work, Is anyone else going from Affliction ?
      Amber : I hope you go the gym today I will be there so we can run and don’t worry about passing out I’ll make sure I get you up or I’ll just drag you back ….. Don’t worry about puking……….puking is the champions breakfast :)

    3. Where was the chalk to trace the CSI bodies ? Skidmore and Wil a mile burpees ? I don’t know who is crazier………. Bowser or you guys !!!!!!!!
