Thanks for all the help with my oly lifts. If it feels great hitting a new PR on both my snatch and my clean in the same day. Thrusters were tough afterwards but it was a good WOD=11:20. Clean 225# ; Snatch 185#
185/215/235 Which is a PR for me, I could have probably done more too.

It was a great day for me at CFA. I PR’d at 150lbs for front squats. Its possible I could have done a bit more but our WOD was going to start.
I have my KIP back (thanks gods) and was stoked I was making great time on the WOD. 19:13.
Talking with John after the WOD and come to find out that it was 10 pullup and I was only doing FIVE!

‎50 double kettlebell clean & press (20 Kg kb’s), 100 double kettlebell swings (24 Kg kb’s), and 100 swings (32 Kg kb)… T-minus 65 days to the RKC….
