“Hansen”

Five rounds for time:

  • 30 Kettlebell Swing 72#M /53#W
  • 30 Burpees
  • 30 Glute-ham sit-ups

    3. I agree with you Steve. I would probably even rank it in my top 5. It was BRUTAL!!! and to make it worse, those glute-hams give you a massive headache!

    5. This workout was HARD for me. I was wondering why I had such a bad headache when I left… those damn glute-hams. Great work out though!

    6. As if slinging a 72 pound kettlebell for 30 reps wasnt bad enough, jumping down to do 30 burpees (which I hate) churned up my gut, then of course the 30 glute ham situps to knock my pea brain around my big ass skull 5 FREAKIN ROUNDS!!!

      Makes wanna get my weight down to 155 pounds. So that mean I only have to drop 55 pounds.
