Warm Up

  • Back Ext      3 x 15

Workout of the Day  (WOD)

Back Squat 5-5-5-5-5 reps

Core

  • Knee to Elbows  2 x 10 – 15
  • GH Sit Ups          2 x 10 – 15

Skill

  • Practice Kipping Pull Up or Muscle Up

    6. Yesterdays weights to the best of my recollection. 185-205-225(insert cry of pain here)-205-185. Are you sure old people should do this?

      I am truly impressed with your tenasity. (hope I spelled it right).
      In the few weeks you been with us I already see a difference in your Metabolic Conditioning. Keep up the good work. I would love to post an athlete of the week but it would be difficult due to so many tearing it up.
