Core
- Knee to Elbows 2 x 10 – 15
- GH Sit Ups         2 x 10 – 15
Skill
- Practice Kipping Pull Up or Muscle Up

That is great. You got stronger and lost weight. I am constantly hearing other members comment on your results.

Yesterdays weights to the best of my recollection. 185-205-225(insert cry of pain here)-205-185. Are you sure old people should do this?
I will concur on Dr D as far as being a good Chiro. He also works well with any of the members at CFA and ATT.

In the few weeks you been with us I already see a difference in your Metabolic Conditioning. Keep up the good work. I would love to post an athlete of the week but it would be difficult due to so many tearing it up.
