      used the rx for 3.5 rounds switched to 53lb for .5 rds

      did ring rows instead of rope climb

      sore from yesterday, legs are J-E-L-L-O (sing it)! lol :) ; todays WOD was rough!

    3. Tough workout. I finished it. Sort of.

      It’s amazing that the rope climb was my rest exercise. The 70lbs Wright KB has a super fat handle, which makes 30 swings a challenge.

      Looking forward to some sled pushes tomorrow!

    4. Breakfast – ezekiel bread with almond butter and a protein shake
      Post workout – protein shake with some frozen blueberries
      Lunch – steak and eggs with onions and tomatoes
      Snack – peanuts
      Dinner – Chicken with zuccini and green beans cooked in fresh squeezed orange juice

      Well I did tonights workout over RX
      subbed out a 70 lb Kettlebell for a 106 lb Kettlebell.
      4 Rounds 1000 M Row 30 106lb KB Swings, and Rope Climb. 36:32

      Breakfast 6 eggs 3 yolks 1 apple coconut oil
      Lunch 1/2 chicken white meat yucca and salad
      2 gatoraides
      Supper Fish, strawberries, mixed veggies avacado
