Split Jerk Technique
Several Weeks ago we changed our Tuesday and Thursday 630PM Class to Olympic Weightlifting. Its been a great success and every week seems everyone is hitting some good PBs (Personal Bests). If you wish to come in and do a CrossFit Workout during the 630PM Olympic Weightlifting Class it would be strictly open gym and no coaching.

17 rds. Rx — made sure arms were locked on snatches and chest and hips/thighs touched the floor on push ups
12 rds + snatch, 3 pushups RX
