Power Snatch & Cardio

Warm Up

Joint Mobility and Line Drills

Skill Work

1 Power Snatch every minute for 10 minutes

Work on opening your hips all the way.   Rest approx 5 – 10 minutes before starting conditioning work.

Conditioning Work

The following for time:
Row 500 Meter for time:
rest 2 minutes
Run 400 Meters for time:
rest 2 minutes
100 Double Unders or 300 Single Jump Rope for time
rest 2 minutes

Row 500 Meter for time:
rest 2 minutes
Run 400 Meters for time:
rest 2 minutes
100 Double Unders or 300 Single Jump Rope for time

    3. Nothing like running in the sun. Did pretty good except for the Double Unders… Still need to work on those, especially when I’m tired

    4. fun WOD — def. need work on the DU’s.

      Times: N/A .. on a continuous clock.

    5. Good WOD time idk but for my bday present I gave myself a 70lb full snatch (pr) thanks to Liz pushing me!! Felt awesome! Not to mention thje fabulous purse I got too!! Lol- still a girly girl at heart :)

    6. 65lb snatch-def couldve pushed myself and did more weight but card is my weakness and I was scared of tiring myself out. :(
