17:?? Rx. Snatches and OHs sucked. But great workout. Lets see if the media puts a good story about us. They were there this morning taking pics and video. 9 am class did us proud today. Just like the rest of the classes.

16:24 (75 on snatch and overhead squats) Unfortunately I could not do 95 on the snatch for 15 reps. My European partner would of loved this one for sure. Monika you were missed!!! I am sure she would of muscled me into doing something heavier. By-the-way, the weight on the sled was HEAVY!!!!!!
