Warm Up
Mobility and Line Drills
Strength Workout (15 min cap)
Push Press 5 – 5 – 5
rest 5 minute then:
Conditioning Workout
1000 Meter Row, 10 KB Swings, 2 Burpees
800 Meter Row, 8 KB Swings, 4 Burpees
600 Meter Row, 6 KB Swings, 6 Burpees
400 Meter Row, 4 KB Swings, 8 Burpees
200 Meter Row, 2 KB Swings, 10 Burpees

Ive been neglecting the site. I should have a new site up and running in a week or two.
There is a method of rowing. Legs, Body, and then arms are last. Make believe there is a table in front of you and you pull the handle on top of the table and then go below the table on the way back. Do not let the handle hit your chest you waste lots of energy. It will come about an inch from your body. Then on the way back your arms go first then body leans forward then legs bend and do the opposite on the return. Check out some of the Concept 2 rowing videos. It will help a lot.
