Today’s workout was very fun.  It also made me realize what makes us different from regular gyms.  There’s not too many places you can climb up ropes and swing kettlebells around and row on a C2 rower.  Great work everyone.

    1. Not sure if it was the 4000 Meters of Rowing, the 120 Kettlebell Swings with 70lbs or the 3 rope climbs that I felt dizzy on that kicked my butt yesteray. But doing Murph is going to compliment all my soreness.

    2. Not sure if it was the row or the swings, but my lats are killing me after this!!!!!!!!!!
