Run / Rope Climb / Burpees / Power Snatch

Warm Up

Mobility and Line Drills

Workout of the Day (WOD)

“Brooke Marie”

Every 3 mintues for 5 Rounds (rest 2 minutes between Rounds)
Run 100 Meters (50 Meter Shuttle Run)
1 Rope Climb
5 Burpees
Max Rep Power Snatch 95M/65W

Cool Down

Stretching

Coaches Notes:  3 Minute clock starts – athlete has to run to 50 Meter Mark hit line and run back inside and do 1 Rope Climb (scaled 5 Chin Ups), then 5 Burpees, and whatever time is left on that 3 Minute clock the athlete must do Max Rep Power Snatches.  The amount of Power Snatch = Score.  Rest 2 Minutes between 5 Rounds.

      102 Rx…except I did burpees before the rope. Not quite sure what happened to my reading skills.
