Run/Lunge/Sit Ups

Warm Up

Joint Mobility and Line Drills

Workout of the Day (WOD)

Run 1 mile for time
rest 10 minutes then:

Four Rounds for time of:
Walking Lunge 50 Meters
Sit Ups, 50 Reps

Stretching Workout

Aggressive Stretching for 10 – 15 minutes

    1. 8:32 mile, WOD 11:45… last time I did the WOD in July I was at 17:22.. concrete evidence of progress is a beautiful thing!

      was dragging ass on the WOD. not sure what it was.

      WOD – 15:53
