Running Burpees
Warm Up
Light Stretching and Line Drills
Workout of the Day (WOD)
6 Rounds for time of:
Run 400 Meters
25 Burpees
Cool Down
Mobility and Band Stretching
Olympic Weightlifting Class 630PM ONLY!!!!!
Clean and Jerk 30 minutes
then:
Assistance Movements
Front Squat   3 x 5-8 reps
Push Jerk   3 x 5-8 reps

thanks again for the olympic class tonight. it was great. new PR for me after form work. got up to 135. I almost had 155 but was too tired after today’s 5:30 workout just before doing the olympic class. good turn out tonight for the clean and jerks. keep the classes going. love them and they are worth it.
funny how that 1 hour class flies by.
