Running Burpees

Warm Up

Light Stretching and Line Drills

Workout of the Day (WOD)

6 Rounds for time of:
Run 400 Meters
25 Burpees

Cool Down

Mobility and Band Stretching

Olympic Weightlifting Class 630PM ONLY!!!!!

Clean and Jerk 30 minutes

then:

Assistance Movements
Front Squat    3 x 5-8 reps
Push Jerk    3 x 5-8 reps

Warm Up DrillsExplosive Hip Movements during Line Drills

    2. thanks again for the olympic class tonight. it was great. new PR for me after form work. got up to 135. I almost had 155 but was too tired after today’s 5:30 workout just before doing the olympic class. good turn out tonight for the clean and jerks. keep the classes going. love them and they are worth it.

      Flexibility is the main problem with most on the OLY lifts.
