Its that time again.  Run 5 K or Row 5 K or do both!  Its acceptable to mix it up and Run 1 Mile then Row 1600 Meters for as many rounds as possible.  This Workout is for time however there is no time limit.  Please compare your times so I can prove that you can improve your running skills in the Weight Room and not just running long distance.  Several of our members are living proof of that.

    1. Did the 5K in 28:30 but got interrupted by an idiot who stole my banner out front. So I may have gotten it under 27. Anyway, It was not fun. Then I did a 1k row and decided to do some weighted pull ups and a little kettlebell work.

      Cant wait for the Running Cert. Guaranteed to improve my times.
