Saturday Group CrossFit Workout

The Saturday Group has grown dramatically therefore we are now offering a 9am and 10am class.  If you are a beginner or first timer I highly suggest you come to the 10am class.  We also will allow unannounced drop ins for a drop in fee of $25 if you wish to come try out a class.  If you decide to join we will credit you $25 towards your membership so in essence its a free workout.

Group Agility and Mobility Drills

Group Workout (Teams of 2 Athletes)

Only one athlete at a time to perform the below task for time

Row 1000 Meters

100 Wall Ball 20M/14W

100 Ab Mat Sit Ups

100 Russian Kettlebell Swings 53M/35W

    1. fun wod!! The last row was NOT easy, but Mal and I kicked some bootay on the West side…..well, at least we won by a few seconds. That counts, right? haha, fun wod!

    4. Loved the WOD. Note to self: dont get your foot caught in the rower feet tie downs. Lost about a minute on the second row. Sorry Dave, promise to be more coordinated next time.
