I am proud to say for the first time ever I ran 20 minutes with 1 5 second rest in between.I want to say thanks to Jessi for introducing me to crossfit, to the trainer’s who has worked with me the most Heidi, Liz, and Nick for pushing me. Thanks for running with me today Heidi.
