We all had a great time at the Social Gathering.  Its not all about killing ourselves in the gym doing burpees, dead lifts, snatches, sprints, and glute ham sit ups.  We have a great little group and seem to be growing all the time.  Until next time – see ya at the gym – Be Prepared for a fun week.
