      Try not to look at the date I know its hard. Im launching a new website next week I hope. It will be much better.

    3. Wod 1= 78 reps (did this Friday and unfortunately will be doing it again, lol) Rx

    5. Finally got CTB…. Only 33 reps total but just glad I got the CTB swinging like a crazy person! Maybe one more shot?
