    1. Didn’t really have the chance to go heavy on the deadlift.

      WOD: 65 / 55 / 21 Rx

    2. Snatch grip DL = 275lbs x 3
      WOD: 90 box jumps / 49 pull-ups / 23 thrusters Rx

    3. about a month ago my max deadlift was 275. So i should have been around 205 or so for today’s snatch grip deadlift. With a little coaching, form fixing, and motivation from John, i was able to get up 295. Thanks John.

    6. That deadlift is definitely a little akward. I didn’t pay attention to the 75% max load so I may have went too heavy. I did, 125-145-165(just barely)

50 (tripped on the box twice…I wanted to get at least 60. I didn’t bang up my shins though, thank goodness!)

      30 (blue band)

      12 (2 @Rx, 10 @ 70) I was dying! Thrusters kick my ass! I will get them someday!

    7. UMMMMM Charles….YOU.ARE.A.BEAST!!!!!
