Strength and Skill Work
Snatch (anyhow) 1 rep max (15 min cap)
rest 10 mins then:
Conditioning and Endurance Work
7 Rounds for time (15 min cap)
7 Power Snatch  115M/75W
7 Box Jumps 24M/20W

Cool Down

Band Stretching

    1. I am officially in love with that woman…. Cindy. Came in this morning afraid of the workout given that my body was beat up this week only to find that Friday’s routine was substituted for Thursday’s routine. Hugs and kisses to everyone…. especially Cindy. 13 rounds.
