Strength Based Conditioning Program
CrossFit Affliction is a Strength Based Conditioning Program with clients ranging from 13 year old high school students to 70 year old seniors looking to improve in strength, cardio, flexibility, balance, coordination, power, etc….. Our coaches will teach you proper technique and stress mechanics on the exercise prior to stepping up intensity.
Our services are the fraction of the costs of a personal trainer with results that are tenfold. Stop by for a free tour of our facility but be sure to call and make an appointment.
CrossFit Affliction serves all of South Florida including Ft Lauderdale, Davie, Plantation, Sunrise, Weston, Hollywood, Pembroke Pines, Tamarac, Coral Springs, and Broward County in general.
