“Tabata This”

The Tabata Workout was invented by Dr. Izumi Tabata at the National Institute of Fitness and Sports in Tokyo, Japan. The basic 20 second exercise principle goes like this: A tabata interval is 20 seconds of concentrated work followed by 10 seconds of resting. Eight intervals of one specific 20 second exercise must be completed before moving on to the next.

In order for this to be effective you must be going 100% full effort during your 20 seconds of work.  There is no pacing yourself.

The Tabata interval is 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for 8 intervals.
Tabata score is the least number of reps performed in any of the eight intervals. Unit for the row is “calories”.

    3. This is a great WOD. Dont forget to keep track of your score which is the lowest amount of reps done in that 8 cycle period.

    4. It didn’t suck as much as I thought… :)

    5. Brighter shopping, brighter prices.

    6. I have been browsing online more than three hours today, yet I never found any interesting article like yours. It’s pretty worth enough for me. In my view, if all site owners and bloggers made good content as you did, the internet will be a lot more useful than ever before.

    7. you could try the older version of the plugin which used the scriptaclous library instead of jquery it may make a difference in IE

    8. I like to work on Personal home pages rather than .NET, although .NET provides the ability of drag and drop elements, but I love Personal home pages greatly.
