    1. The workout I love to hate… Nothing heavy, reps high enough with a weight just uncomfortable enough to want to go home.

      Congrats girls, you rock, enjoy your victory. But tomorrow is another day. :-)

    6. 23:02 Rx (single jump rope) — round 2 accidentally did 20 wall balls instead of 10 and should’ve prepped up my station, i was all over the place.

      AND FINALLY after yesterday and todays WOD ive been practicing, I CAN DO THE “DU”s :) ::whoop whoop:: thanks to John and Steve for the tips, and watchin Dena and Abby get it before me!! — super motivating!

    7. 6 am box of ice cream
      9 am stick butter
      12 am 10 cup cakes
      3 pm jar of fat
      6 pm deep fried sausage with mayo

      just playing… that’s tomorrows meal

      6:30 – 20 oz water
      7:00 – 8 oz juice
      8:00 – protein shake
      9:00 – 4 eggs and steak w tomato
      1:00 – 4 oz chicken, tomato and lettuce (low carb meal from chicken kitchen)
      4:00 – 1/2 lb of steamed salmon – YUMMY
      ***side note – if you order fish in Publix, they prepare it for you right there.. 2 minutes and done.
      New girl Vicki from Playground hooked Brian and I up with that knowledge
      8:00 – 2 slices ezekiel bread with almond butter
      10:00 – protein shake
      *** 1 gallon + of water during the day

    8. 34:32 Rx.

    9. 10 pm
      celery and hand full of mixed nuts.

      12mid going to bed hungry as hell

    11. Thanks to everyone who’s posting their meals. It’s giving me the opportunity to gauge how i’m eating, and its’ motivating me to stick to paleo(ish).
