Maybe you did 400 Meter runs instead of 800.
Something had to be wrong because you should have been about double that time if Rx.
Anyway, have a good time in Utah. Jackie said she ordered a bunch of new furniture that should be delivered while you are gone. Something about – I’ll show that prick to take a trip without me.

While he is in Utah I will be having a manicure, pedicure, facial, massage by a hot naked man, hair colored, tanning naked at a tanning salon, and going on a shopping spree. All while the kids are with a babysitter. Let’s see how he likes that!!
Oh and tell Heidi to ger ready for a girls night out filled with skimpy clothes, lots of liquor and no leftover dollar bills from the strip club.

Steve, my time was correct but fast bc I ran on the treadmill. I was running 800m which is half a mile in 4min or so. i will do the filthy but i hate it. to long…i am going out of town at the end of jan. my wife can do whatever the bleep she wants. i can care less about la bare as long as her sweater is zipped up to her neck, she keeps her hands behind her back, and her mouth is closed. as far as all the spa crap. whatever, happy wife equals happy life.

Okay, let think about this. You ran the 800s in 4 min each which I dont have a problem with that so that is 12 mins. So now you got 11 mins to do 100 pulls, 100 air squats and 100 push ups.

Aint happening if you are talking perscribed. Not trying to say you are not in good shape but it just isnt possible.
If you come in and do that time in my gym and do correct form – Hear me out because I am putting it in writting. I will hand you $1000.
And you cant be on speed. LOL
Have fun doing the filthy 50. Make sure on knee to elbows you do just that. Bring your knees up to your elbows.
I hear ya Jackie. Let’s hit Contour, the stores and the bar. We will have our own ski trip by the time we finish. It would of been cheaper to take you with him. LOL!!!
As for the WOD time. Something must of been wrong. D, your wife is on fire when she trains and I consider her advanced. Her times are one to look at as far as a reference.
