    3. I enjoyed it very much…kinda worked out the soreness from Monday’s crushfest of weights.
      BTW: Lander found two blocks of lifting chalk!!!! Enough to get us through till the big order comes in.

    4. Nice work. I just got a box delivered today so we should be good for 5 years. Well then again the way you Pixies throw the shit around maybe 5 days.
      I just dont understand why the hell some of you chalk up your hands – smack them together causing a big chalk cloud – then wiping your hands on your shirt or pants right before you do your pull ups.
