Warm Up (3 Rounds)
- 5 Pull Ups
- 10 Push Ups
- 15 Air Squats
- Row 200 Meters
Workout of the Day (WOD)
Four rounds for time of:
- 200 Meter Run
- 100 Meter Farmers Walk 53#Men/35#Women
- 10 Wall Ball 20Men/14Women
- 20 Push Ups
- 20 Kettlebell Swing 53#Men/35#Women
- 20 Air Squat
- 250 Meter Row
Rest as needed then:
- 25 Burpees for time.















Man, this one was rough. From now on if someone comes in late,(Gidget)I am not going to feel bad and train with you. Too many hours without food does not sit well with me. I need to take a nap, low sugar kills.
On a high note, everyone did great and pushed hard this morning. Let’s see how the night crew does.
Night crew is and was great. Lot of folks pushed real hard. Today demonstrated the amazing progress that many have made, awesome.
Yes… not eating this morning did me in for sure! I am still recovering. See you guys Friday…
