Side Lateral Kettlebell Raises 3 Sets of 8 – 10 reps
Kettlebell Snatch 3 Sets of 10 reps (each arm)

Wanna get Big and Strong – Do the Accessory Movements

Wanna get Lean and Stronger – Do the CrossFit WOD
